AGM Hobby has 4 warehouses: USA, UK, DE and HK. We will arrange the shipment from the warehouse that is near to you.

Shipping Price
AGM Hobby is able to ship worldwide. The shipping and handling fees are based on the shipping method, parcel weight and your destination. To find out how much it would cost to ship to your location, simply input the number your want to order and click the"calculate" button on the product detail page, the price and estimate shipping time will be displayed in the following.

Note: If you should return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.

Shipping Method
Your parcel will be dispatched by the following service:

Delivery time
Generally speaking, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri).
1. Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same business day.

2. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. For some items that out of stock and bulk order, please allow us some time (1-5 days) to replenish from China factory.

USA customer: Usually it takes no more than 7 working days for the delivery by USPS standard shipping and no more than 3 working days by USPS Priority Mail Express.

UK/DE customer: You may receive the parcel within 1-2 business days dispatched by DPD and DHL, 1-5 business days by Royal Mail or Registered Mail.

Europe customer: 3-7 business days by express shipping

Outside Europe: 5-10 business days by express shipping

Missing or Damaged Shipments
If the boxes that carrier deliver to you have exterior damage, please do not accept them. As well as there is no signature. And we suggest you to ask the carrier to inspect the box and verify if there is any damage before refund or replacement.
