Warranty and Returns

Warranty
Our items are covered by 3 months to 1 year manufacturer warranty as well as 1 year AGM warranty for after-sale service. This warranty doesn't cover improper use, or improper maintain. Please email us if any question about Manufacturer Warranty. Detailed return policies are as followings.

Return
1. For manufacturing defective items
1). Modeler's happy and satisfy is always our primary concern. If the item you received has manufacturing defects or not brand new, please contact us first and we will provide you several ways to solve it quickly.
2). All the items are warranted by manufacturer. Once confirm the defects, please send the whole item back to us, we will arrange to send a new one for you once we get the old one. And we are responsible for the shipping fee.
3). Items damaged by abuse or misuse or other user reasons can be returned for repair or replacement, but we will charge for it as additional service.

2. For items damaged during shipment
1). This case is rare. Once received damaged items caused by shipment, please do contact us within a week in original package.
2). We need you to offer photos or videos about the damage, once confirmed we will send the new one ASAP.
3). Before sign on the waybill, please open the package and inspect the item carefully. You can refused to sign for the parcel and notice us if any damage was found.

3. Other returns
1). Items purchased less than 30 days will have free return if in brand new apparent and no short parts.
2). Items purchased within 30-90 days can be returned for repair or replacement with corresponding restocking charge.
3). Items purchased over 90 days cannot be returned. If there is any fault, you can contact us and return it to original manufacturer and pay for the repair fee.

In general, before all the returns please contact us first and offer defective photos or videos to help us to confirm the case. There is no refund for items purchased over 30 days.
